She has practiced massage therapy since 1998. Sarah-Elizabeth incorporates CranioSacral Therapy into most sessions, listening to the body as it releases tension and relaxes. She trained with the Upledger Institute and holds a monthly work study group with PT, OT and LMTs in the greater Concord area. Sarah-Elizabeth’s interests include the Dances of Universal Peace, African Drumming, meditation, Silk painting, photography, gardening. During her teen and college years, she was a swimmer. In the winter of 2008, Sarah-Elizabeth began skiing with her two children at Pats Peak. |
